thủng. Nhiều vị trí đọng nước gây dột nước mưa vào bên trong nhà xưởng.
- Máng xối cần được thay thế bằng vật liệu bền
chắc đảm bảo tồn tại lâu bền cùng thời gian. Để có thể chịu được điều kiện môi
trường tại khu công nghiệp- Tiến hành gỡ bỏ máng xối cũ và thay thế máng xối mới bằng vật liệu Inox 304

Hiện
tượng dột mái tôn xuất hiện ngày càng nhiều đối với các nhà xưởng sau 5 năm sử
dụng .Một số vị trí đinh vít trên mái tôn bị bung cần gia cố lại
bằng đinh vít
- Vị trí tiếp giáp sóng dọc của mái tôn có tỉ lệ chồng mí
thấp và có nhiều vị trí phát sinh độ hở do nhiệt độ co giãn của mái tôn.
- Nhiều vị trí tiếp
giáp và đinh vít được thi công trám bằng silicone. Vật liệu silicone không bền
theo thời gian, không đảm bảo cho chống dột. Cần được loại bỏ để phủ vật liệu

Nhà máy đã đưa vào sử dụng hơn 10 năm. Trong quá trình sử dụng hiện tượng dột luôn diễn ra và đã có nhiều nhà thầu tham gia xử lý nhưng đều chưa thể khắc phục được. Có những vị trí có tới 3 lớp keo khác nhau dán chồng lên nhau nhưng vẫn không hết dột
